Exergy is joining the global geothermal community at the 2026 Geothermal Rising Conference (GRC) — this year as sponsor, speaker and exhibitor.
From 20–23 September 2026, our team will be in Houston, Texas, at the Marriott Marquis for one of the industry’s leading events.
In recent years, Texas has rapidly emerged as a geothermal innovation hub, supported by its strong oil & gas workforce and advanced drilling expertise. The U.S. geothermal market is already worth billions, with 3,969 MWe of installed capacity and DOE projections reaching 90 GW by 2050. The U.S. holds the largest global technical potential for EGS and low‑temperature heat extraction, with several states advancing thermal energy network programs. Investments are accelerating, with over USD 2.2 billion directed to projects expanding across the western United States — from California and Nevada to Utah, Idaho, Oregon, New Mexico, Texas and the eastern Rockies — driven by federal funding and private capital linked to the growing energy needs of data centers and artificial intelligence.
What to expect? Technical, policy and market sessions, hands‑on seminars, facility tours and extensive networking. The event highlights geothermal’s expanding role across the energy landscape — from power generation to district heating, industrial processes, and geothermal heat pumps for residential and commercial buildings.
During the conference, Exergy will also present how our latest projects and technologies — including the United Downs Deep Geothermal Power project in UK integrating power generation and lithium extraction from geothermal brine — which demonstrate the potential of advanced EGS and ORC systems to support decarbonization and accelerate the energy transition.
Visit our booth to meet Davide Lattuada and the Exergy’s team who will be available throughout the event to welcome visitors, exchange insights and discuss Exergy’s newest geothermal solutions.
