At the end of October (20–23 October 2026), Exergy will travel to Düsseldorf for Glasstec 2026, taking part as exhibitor and speaker and joining the international community that shapes the future of the glass industry. The event will run from 20 to 23 October at Messe Düsseldorf and is expected to attract companies, innovators and market leaders from all over the world.
The sector arrives at Glasstec in a phase of strong expansion: the glass manufacturing market is growing from $185.35 billion in 2025 to $196.22 billion in 2026 (CAGR 5.9%), with forecasts reaching $243 billion by 2030. This growth, however, comes with significant challenges. Glass production remains one of the most energy‑intensive industrial environments, where high‑temperature melting furnaces, continuous production cycles and substantial thermal loads make efficiency and sustainability increasingly urgent priorities.
