The wait is almost over: Exergy will be in Brussels, Belgium in just 7 days as a proud sponsor of the second edition of the European Geothermal Summit.
The conference will take place on 4 June 2026 from 8.30 in Brussimmo, Rue de Trèves 74 and this year’s theme is “From Megawatts to Gigawatts – Scaling up Geothermal Energy in Europe” is.
The objective? To bring together industry leaders, policymakers and stakeholders to explore how European and national policies can boost investments and accelerate the deployment of geothermal solutions for heating and cooling, power generation and thermal energy storage.
The event will also highlight the need for a strong European Geothermal Action Plan, building on EGEC’s recommendations. The Action Plan is expected to outline clear regulatory pathways to mainstream geothermal technologies and to commercialise next-generation solutions, – essential for delivering a cost-effective Electrification Action Plan.
Starting at 16.30, our CEO Luca Pozzoni will join Session 6: Accelerate Geothermal, discussing concrete measures within AccelerateEU—from targeted regulation to financing tools, streamlined permitting and stronger market support—to scale geothermal across Europe.
